You and Brenda were such a big part of my life growing up and were like my second mum and dad. My nickname was the lodger which makes me smile. I’m so sad that you are gone and you’ve had to leave your wonderful family behind but you are now at peace and in no more pain, which gives me comfort, sleep tight. Xxx

The hardest time to say good bye, it wasn't supposed to be like this.
You gave the best fight with all you had, your kind heart and face we will miss.
Now with our beloved Martin, and free from cancer's pain.
Rest well in heaven with the angels, our loss is their gain.
Daddy you will always be in our hearts ... until we are together again xxx
